Easter Weekend

Our Easter festivities began on Good Friday with a little egg hunt for Kaylee and her friend, Landon. Kaylee enjoyed finding eggs and then throwing each one as if it were a ball. Landon tried putting them in his mouth. Later that day, we went to the Wright's for dinner and egg decorating. Above is what we ended up with.

We had donuts before the Saturday morning session of General Conference.

During the Priesthood session on Saturday, my friend Becca came over with her 10-week-old baby, Claire. It's hard to believe Kaylee was once that small.

Kaylee kept saying "Baby!". She's going to be such a great big sister.

This is Kaylee Easter morning discovering her fairy book and doodle board.

We went to Aunt Lori's house for Easter dinner. Kaylee would not stay in one place for longer than 10 seconds unless strapped in. We were lucky she stopped long enough to get her picture taken.

It was a fun and busy weekend, especially with 5 conference sessions to watch. Kaylee also talked to some California family through Skype and is always so sad to say goodbye. During conference we were enlightened by the words of a prophet and apostles and are so grateful for the resurrection of Jesus Christ. May we remember what we learned and apply it!
